2. Use of Services

You agree to use Skyline’s services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable aviation regulations and international laws.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary to execute the requested services.

Skyline reserves the right to refuse or cancel service requests that may violate laws, pose security risks, or contradict our operational policies.

All prices are exclusive of VAT or any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days and are subject to review.

6. Operational Limitations

Skyline acts as a coordinator between clients and third-party service providers (e.g. fuel suppliers, ground handlers, civil aviation authorities).

While we strive for accuracy and punctuality, we cannot guarantee on-time performance due to external factors such as weather, airport congestion, air traffic restrictions, or political constraints.

Clients are advised to verify all flight plans, permits, and service details before departure.
